New words just roll around in there unsaid
Some want to pass my tongue, but they are barred
Yet some will still escape and pass the guard
Once out into the air they're moving fast
I fear what they will do outside my grasp
At times the loss can be a pure relief
I'm sure some of these words will give me grief
New thoughts, my mind will make a hundred more.
They wait in line to find an open door
Some words will hit my gut and cause a bile
Sweet thoughts touch my heart and make me smile
They get out of control I must admit
My head will start to spin, it has a fit
I try to let them out then wait and see
They seek someone who wants a part of me.
If you will take my thoughts and hold them dear
The joy is more than worth a thousand fears
So I invite your thoughts into my heart
And we'll build a shrine to each remark
